Pre-Arrival Open-Up
- Full interior and exterior walk-through 1–2 days before your arrival
- Turn on water main, verify all fixtures, and flush plumbing lines
- Set HVAC to your preferred comfort settings
- Stock fridge with essentials (optional)
- Confirm all systems operational — pool, irrigation, alarm, smart-home
- Photo report delivered before you land
End-of-Season Close-Down
- Full systems shutdown checklist before you depart
- Water main, ice maker, and outdoor spigots secured
- HVAC set to summer 'away' configuration to prevent mold
- Refrigerator/freezer preparation
- Hurricane shutter operability tested
- Vehicle prepared per A-Z's protocol
- Photo-documented departure condition for insurance baseline
